Last week during a conference at Europunk exhibition at Cité de la Musique an unpublished video was shown. It represent the performance in 1978, of Panic a netherland punk band lead by Peter Ten Seldam. The purpose was an introduction to the debate on what punk was politically, musically and aesthetically, far from Beyoncé outfit at the opening of this spring’s MET exhibition « Punk: Chaos to Couture ».
